Electrostatic sand planting production process
Metallographic special abrasive paper is made by using selected, uniformly sized, and ground silicon carbide abrasive particles as abrasives and using electrostatic sand planting technology. It is characterized by uniform particle distribution, sharp grinding, and durability.
fast grinding speed
The sample has fast grinding speed, shallow deformation layer, and all rough and fine grinding processes can achieve water grinding for high hardness or harder materials. When using ordinary metallographic sandpaper, the sample is ground and pasted.
Imported latex paper base
Adopting an imported thickened latex paper base, it is more water resistant than traditional sandpaper and can be reused, improving the service life of sandpaper.
Adhesive design
Provide adhesive design on the back to solve the problem of sandpaper curling up at the edge when encountering water, allowing for quick and convenient installation and removal.
