Main features:

Material classification

Silk velvet: Long fluff silk material, steel, high-precision materials, or soft materials such as aluminum, copper, magnesium, etc., polished or refined;
Imported polishing velvet: Short plush wool material, sturdy and durable, commonly used for polishing steel materials, electronic industry circuit boards, soft metals, copper, aluminum, etc;
Canvas: Non fluffy cotton material, used for rough polishing of steel materials;
Silk cloth: without fluff, used for polishing tissues containing graphite or inclusions;
Nylon: Chemical fiber product suitable for rough polishing of steel materials;
Nylon cloth: Thickened navy cloth, woolen pressed products, used for polishing steel materials;
Synthetic polymer materials (synthetic leather): Used in conjunction with diamond, alumina, and silica suspensions, suitable for the final polishing of various materials (especially extremely soft materials such as titanium, copper, silver, etc.) (especially mechanical/chemical simultaneous polishing);
Specifications:
Φ 200mm Φ 220mm Φ 230mm Φ 250mm Φ 300mm with adhesive backing (for fabrics without adhesive, the specifications can be customized).

Disc diameter Φ 200mm (using a polishing cloth without adhesive backing, with a diameter of 240-250mm)
Disc diameter Φ 230mm (using a polishing cloth without adhesive backing, with a diameter of 270mm)
Disc diameter Φ 250mm (using a polishing cloth without adhesive backing, with a diameter of 290-300mm)
Usage method
1. For ordinary use without glue, place it directly on the polishing disc and fasten it with a pressure ring
2. When using adhesive bonded polishing discs, the polishing fabric can be directly fixed on the polishing disc, and the polishing cloth is flat and the sample will not produce chamfering.
