The ONE1-M2 Video Extensometer, a non-contact optical deformation measurement system based on Digital Image Correlation (DIC) technology. It is designed for precise 2D/3D strain analysis and displacement measurement of metals and non-metals under static and dynamic Testing conditions.
The system features real-time strain monitoring, stress–strain curve generation, and material performance calculation. It supports axial and transverse or bi-axial measurement, with automatic necking detection. The device offers a data acquisition rate of 75–500 Hz and a resolution up to 0.5 μm (FOV 100 mm), ensuring high accuracy and stability.
Key specifications include a 2.3 MP camera, USB interface, selectable gauge length (0.01–800%), and field of view options of 100 mm or 200 mm. It is compliant with ISO 9513 Class 0.5/1 and ASTM E83-10 Class B-1/B-2 standards.
Typical applications include tensile testing and three-point bending tests in material research and quality control.
