The KASON HTBRV-187.5TE Universal Hardness Tester is a multifunctional Testing system integrating Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardness methods in one compact platform. Designed for laboratory and production environments, it delivers high precision, stability, and user-friendly operation for a wide range of metallic materials.
This model features a wide Test force range from 3 kgf to 187.5 kgf, enabling accurate hardness evaluation of soft to high-strength materials. It adopts a closed-loop force control system with high-precision load and feedback sensors, eliminating the need for external weights and ensuring consistent test accuracy. The 8-inch LCD touchscreen and optional CCD imaging system provide intuitive operation and clear indentation visualization.
Key technical parameters include Rockwell test forces of 60 kgf, 100 kgf, and 150 kgf; Brinell forces up to 187.5 kgf; and Vickers forces ranging from 3 kgf to 100 kgf. Resolution reaches 0.1 HR, HB, and HV, with a maximum specimen height of 230 mm and 170 mm throat depth.
