What Makes the KASON TT-10 Metal Wire Torsion Testing Machine Comply with ISO 7800:2003 and ISO 9649:1990 Standards?

Main features:

KASON has introduced the  Metal Wire Torsion Testing Machine, a high-precision Testing solution designed for evaluating the torsional performance of metal wires. The equipment is suitable for Testing metal wires with diameters of 3–10 mm and can measure resistance to plastic deformation under one-way and two-way torsion while revealing surface and internal defects of wire materials.

Designed according to international testing requirements, the TT-10 complies withISO 7800:2003 Metal wire one-way torsion test methodandISO 9649:1990 Metal wire two-way torsion test method. The machine features automatic loading, touchscreen control, and stepless torsion speed regulation from15–120 r/min. It provides a fixture spacing of500 mm, a clamping range of3–10 mm, a minimum turn reading value of0.1, and a maximum counting capacity of 999,999,999 turns.

The TT-10 adopts a high-performance motor with a precision geared drive system, ensuring smooth operation, low energy consumption, and stable testing accuracy. Its control system uses a high-reliability microprocessor, touch screen display, and Hall sensor counting technology for reliable data acquisition.
