The Mopao4 features a single-table structure, pneumatic single-point loading system, microprocessor control, stepless speed adjustment, and automatic electromagnetic locking function. The grinding and polishing disc speed can be adjusted from 50–1000 r/min, while the polishing head speed ranges from 5–150 r/min, ensuring precise and stable sample preparation.
Equipped with a water cooling system, the machine effectively prevents overheating damage to metallographic structures and removes abrasive particles during operation. It can prepare up to 4 samples simultaneously, with adjustable loading pressure of 0–0.7 MPa and preparation time of 0–3000 seconds.
