1. Modern minimalist design
2. Fully automatic, high-precision force sensor, closed-loop force feedback control system
3. Wide force range, from 62.5-3000Kgf ; 12 types of Brinell scales, user-customizable
4. One-touch operation: the workbench automatically rises, stops rising when the sample touches the indenter , automatically loads, unloads , focuses, and measures the hardness value (HTB-3000iA function ) .
5. Automatic lifting of the workbench, anti-collision detection device and Z-axis retraction system (HTB-3000iA function )
6. The Test force can be automatically corrected by the standard dynamometer , and each force level is automatically compensated
7. According to the standard hardness block, each hardness scale is divided into three sections: high, medium and low, and automatically corrected.
8. Large sample space, sample height up to 350 mm, can accommodate large samples
9. The main shaft supporting the sample has a diameter of 70 mm and is rigid enough to support various heavy samples.
10. Stainless steel extra-large sample table, 300*200 mm (other sizes can be customized), can hold various large samples (HTB-3000iA function )

The database processing function is powerful, including: HR, HV and other hardness system conversion, setting qualified range, automatic alarm when exceeding the limit, and input of Tester, sample name and other information. The measurement parameters and data are automatically saved in the database.
12. QR code scanning, cloud storage of test data, data analysis, remote diagnosis and upgrade (optional)
