Key features and functions

4. Worktable automatic lifting and lowering, anti-collision detection device and Z-axis retraction system.
5. Automatically apply the initial Test force and the main test force.
6. The worktable automatically rises, stops rising when the sample touches the indenter, automatically loads, automatically unloads, and automatically measures the hardness value.
7. Touchscreen interface, easy to operate, directly select the hardness scale, force value changes automatically.
8. Powerful data processing capabilities include: multiple hardness system conversions such as HR, HB, HV, qualified range Settings, automatic alarm for over-limit, input of Tester, sample name and other information.
9. Automatically correct each hardness scale into high, medium and low segments according to the standard hardness block.
10. The test force can be automatically corrected by a standard force gauge.
11. Ultra-high precision X/Y worktable (suitable for fully automatic models)
Repeat positioning accuracy :3 microns travel up to 200mm.
12. Set multiple measurement points within a range of 100mm * 100mm for multi-point fully automatic Testing and batch inspection (for fully automatic models).
13. Automatic measurement of end quenching curves for 6 samples (for full automatic model, optional).
14. Sample and test information, measurement data are saved on a USB drive in EXCEL format for easy editing and processing.
15. The database processing is powerful, including multiple hardness system conversions such as HR, HB, HV, setting qualified range, automatic alarm for over-limit, and information such as tester and sample name that can be entered. Measurement parameters and data are automatically saved to the database.
16. Qr code scanning, detection data cloud storage, data analysis, remote diagnosis and upgrade.Real-time detection data and historical data are displayed on mobile phones and computers.
