Application：
The METPRESS-1T fully automatic Metallographic specimen mounting machine is used to mount small, irregularly shaped, and difficult-to-handle specimens using thermosetting materials. This process is an essential pre-process for polishing and grinding. Mounting uniformly stabilizes the specimen's dimensions, making it easier to handle or for subsequent fully automatic polishing and grinding (it can be used in conjunction with our automatic polishing machine for even better results). It is particularly suitable for specimens requiring edge protection or for automated polishing, where mounting is an essential process. It is an excellent choice for metallographic specimen mounting in metallographic laboratories in factories, universities, colleges, and research institutes.
