Application：

Sample mounting eliminates the air in the sample and the cold mounting material, and the liquid mounting material fills the gaps in the sample, eliminating the gap between the sample and the mounting material, thereby achieving a tight combination of the sample and the mounting material. Samples are also well protected and supported during grinding and polishing.

METPRESS-VM90 fully automatic vacuum cold mounting machine has a built-in vacuum pump, high vacuum, automatic moving mounting mold, and automatic filling of cold mounting material. Complete the entire mounting process of mounting eight samples, vacuuming, maintaining vacuum, and deflating multiple times with one click.
