Application：
METPRESS-VM30 vacuum cold mounting machine uses a high-strength vacuum chamber and built-in vacuum pump to eliminate the air in the sample and cold mounting material. The liquid mounting material fills the gaps in the sample and eliminates the gap between the sample and the mounting material. This achieves a tight bond between the specimen and the mounting material. Samples are also well protected and supported during grinding and polishing.

● Digital display of vacuum degree and automatic control. After reaching the set vacuum value, the automatic vacuum pump automatically stops. After the vacuum drops by a certain value, the vacuum pump automatically starts;

● The mounted sample and mounting material can be vacuumed in advance;
● Using the rotating cup holder in the vacuum container, multiple samples can be poured into the mold at one time in vacuum for vacuum mounting;
● Special air release valve can implement multiple cycles of air extraction and air deflation inlay process.
● Comes with a timer, which will automatically release the pressure after the inlay is completed.
