KASONTest has introduced the HDTV3003S Plastics HDT & Vicat Softening Temperature Tester, a professional instrument designed for accurate determination of heat distortion temperature (HDT) and Vicat softening point of plastic materials. The equipment is widely applied in Testing plastics, hard rubber, nylon, electrical insulating materials, fiber reinforced composites, and high-strength thermosetting laminates.
Featuring a table-type structure, LCD display, and easy operation, the HDTV3003S adopts precise temperature control technology with a maximum temperature error of ±0.5℃. It provides a temperature range from room temperature to 300℃, supports three working positions, and offers reliable deformation measurement for Vicat and thermal deformation tests.
The tester supports multiple load deformation temperature methods, including Method A (1.80MPa), Method B (0.45MPa), and Method C (8.00MPa).
