Differential Scanning Calorimeter, a professional Testing instrument designed for oxidation induction period (OIT) and melting point analysis in the plastics and rubber industries. As one of China’s first dedicated oxidation induction period Testers, the DSC-500A integrates a 10.1-inch Android industrial computer, enabling one-click operation without connection to an external computer.
The instrument features an industrial-grade touchscreen display, automatic oxygen and nitrogen flow switching, adjustable heating and cooling rates, dual temperature probes, and automatic temperature calibration with standard materials. It can automatically generate oxidation induction period curves, export test charts through a USB drive, and print traceability reports directly.
The DSC-500A provides a DSC range of 0~±200mW/0~±500mW, a temperature range from room temperature to 500℃, a heating rate of 0.1~80℃/min, and temperature resolution of 0.01℃. It achieves temperature fluctuation and repeatability of ±0.1℃, with DSC resolution and sensitivity of 0.001mW.
Designed according to international and national testing requirements, the DSC-500A complies with GB/T2951.42-2008, GB/T15065-2009, GB/T17391-1998, GB/T19466-2009, GB/T19466.6-2009, and IEC60811-4-2:2004 standards.
