Every material approval — an automotive bracket, a polymer housing, a welded frame — rests on numbers a laboratory can defend. Tensile strength, yield point, elongation and compression modulus all trace back to the load frame that produced them, and a frame that drifts on load or stalls on rate control quietly undermines the whole Test programme. Jinan Kason Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. builds the WDW-200 and WDW-300 Electronic Universal Testing systems to keep that chain intact.
Both are four-column floor models with a dual test space: the upper space takes tension while the lower handles compression, or the arrangement can be inverted to suit the workflow. An AC servo drive and ball-screw crosshead deliver stepless speed control from 0.05 to 200 mm/min. Load accuracy is Class 1 as standard, with Class 0.5 optional; resolution reaches 1/300,000 FS, load and deformation are controllable from 0.4% to 100% of full scale, and displacement resolution is 0.04 μm. Tensile space of 550 mm, compression space of 500 mm and a test width of 600 mm accommodate long specimens and bulky fixtures, and each dimension can be customized. The frame accepts a large-deformation Extensometer, a high/low temperature chamber or a high temperature oven, with manual or hydraulic automatic grips.
The machines serve metals, rubber, plastic and spring producers, automotive and aerospace component manufacturers, inspection bodies, research institutes and university materials departments, covering tension, compression, bending, shearing and low-cycle tests. Typical programmes run to ASTM E8/E8M, ISO 6892-1 and DIN 50125 for metals, ASTM D638 and ISO 527 for plastics, with force verification to ASTM E4 and ISO 7500-1. The frame measures 1000 × 650 × 2150 mm and weighs 980 kg, and runs on AC 220/380 V.
