The machine is designed to provide reliable impact toughness Testing for various non-metallic materials. Combining Charpy simply supported beam and Izod cantilever beam Testing functions in one machine, it offers a convenient and efficient solution for material testing laboratories and quality control departments.
The machine is suitable for testing hard thermoplastics, hard thermosetting plastics, and fiber-reinforced thermoplastic and thermosetting composites. By simply changing the clamp and sample holder, users can easily switch between Charpy and Izod test methods.
Equipped with a high-precision intelligent controller, LCD display, imported high-resolution digital encoder, and carbon-fiber pendulum, the Tester ensures accurate angle measurement and stable impact performance. It also features automatic calculation, storage of 24 groups of test data, average value calculation, and a built-in micro printer.
